2015-2016 Executive Board Elections

As the current iitAIAS Chapter President and Elections Chair, I would like to announce the 2015-2016 iitAIAS Executive Board Candidates! Every academic year, our chapter passes on the executive board positions to new and eager leaders. It is members like ours, and candidates like these, that keep our organization alive and thriving. Joining the Executive Board is a great way to expand your leadership abilities and to building a solid foundation of your education and career outside of studio.

As elections are rapidly approaching, we encourage you to get to know your candidates in order for you to make an informed decision.  Please find the list of candidates along with their candidate packets linked below.

As shown, there are currently no declared candidates for the position of Treasurer, and the position of President is uncontested. The call for Treasurer candidates will remain open until Monday night, February 9th at 11:59 pm. Any current candidate can switch their desired position, however, they will need to submit a new candidacy packet. If the position is still vacant by the day of elections, the vacancy will be open to nominations from the floor at the General Body Meeting. Any uncontested positions, such as President, will also be open to the floor at the General Body Meeting.

If you are interested in running for a position and would like to know more information, please contact me at tchan3@hawk.iit.edu.

Good luck to every candidate, and I look forward to seeing everyone at the General Body Meeting!
